Payments

All prices on this website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST).

We accept Visa and MasterCard transactions, Payments with American Express are not supported. Other type of payments can be arranged with our customer service.

All payments are processed via secure socket layer (SSL) connection Orders will be dispatched, only when payments have cleared in our Bank account.

Delivery

Deliveries outside of Australia are not currently available through this website, please contact our customer service if you wish to arrange an overseas shipment.

For deliveries in Australia we use Australia Post: (Regular Parcel Post Sign & Track).

Following acceptance of orders, purchases are generally delivered within 10 working days.

A signature will be required on delivery. If no one is available to accept and sign for the parcel, it will be left at your nearest Post Office for collection.

Delivery charges

Orders to the value of $150 or more, will be delivered free of freight charges within Australia. Orders of a value of less than $150 will incur a $15 (including GST) delivery fee.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and information on how to track your parcel.

Returns & Exchanges

You can return purchases, within 7 days from receipt of your goods.

We only accept returns for exchange or refunds if the products are in unspoilt new condition, unused, unwashed and are accompanied with their original packaging and proof of purchase.

All product returns are at the customer’s expense unless they are faulty, in which case Rialto Linen will cover the postage costs.

We will notify you by email of your exchange or refund, as soon as your return is received and processed.

Refunds will be credited in the same form as the original payment.

Rialto Linen is not liable for loss of products being returned, we recommend you send the returned goods, using registered mail.
